Fruity Frozen Yogurt Snack Bites
I am always looking for a snack that is packed with 3 important nutrients that will help keep us (and our little ones) feeling fuller longer.

These check all the boxes! They're easy to make and store well in the freezer. Switch up the fruit and flavors with your own favorites!
Get those kids in the kitchen to help whip up these little suckers!
1/2 cup strawberries, de-stemmed (or any fruit you have on hand)
3 Tbsp chia seeds
1 cup yogurt of choice (We chose a low sugar Greek yogurt)
Throw everything in blender (or food processor) and combine.
Scoop out dollops of yogurt on parchment lined pan, about 1 inch in diameter (or use piping bags if you're feeling fancy).
If you'd like, top with sprinkles! Freeze for about 1 hour and enjoy.
