Carrot Ginger Sunrise Smoothie

8 oz. water
5-6 fresh mint leaves
About 1 cup baby carrots (120 g)
1½ tsp chia seeds
1 orange, peeled
2-3 frozen pineapple spears (about 120 grams)
7 g fresh ginger root, peeled (about the size of the tip of your thumb)
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender in the above order. Blend on high speed until the consistency is completely smooth, about 1 minute. Pour and enjoy!
