Carrot Ginger Sunrise Smoothie

This Sunrise Smoothie is made with ingredients that are sure to make you say, 'Rise and Shine! Challenge the Day!' Check 'em out: fresh oranges, ginger, mint, pineapple, carrots, chia. And here are just a few recipe highlights:

  • 8 oz. water

  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves

  • About 1 cup baby carrots (120 g)

  • 1½ tsp chia seeds

  • 1 orange, peeled

  • 2-3 frozen pineapple spears (about 120 grams)

  • 7 g fresh ginger root, peeled (about the size of the tip of your thumb)


  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender in the above order. Blend on high speed until the consistency is completely smooth, about 1 minute. Pour and enjoy!
