Cilantro Lime Crema

A lighter take on a traditional Mexican crema, it's made with only 4 ingredients but can be used in so many ways from a topping on a taco or burrito to a salad dressing or even dip.
Can this be made vegan? Yup.
What if I want some heat? Sure!
Is it allergen friendly? It can be!
1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream (plant based/dairy free if needed)
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
1 lime, zested and juiced
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt, more to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender, food processor, or immersion blender and blend until smooth.
It's best to refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld, but you can certainly serve it right away!
