Ingredients:
2 avocados
~2 Tbsp finely minced red onions
1/4 tsp kosher salt (adjust to taste)
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced (omit if you don't like heat)
1 lime, juiced
1 mango, diced
~1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Directions:
Halve avocados, remove pits and skins, and dice. Add avocado, red onions, salt, jalapenos, lime juice, mango, and cilantro and stir gently to combine.
