Healthy Oatmeal Peanut Butter Smoothie


I am not kidding you when I tell you this tastes like an oatmeal peanut butter cookie in a glass. It is DEVINE. Creamy. Indulgent yet healthy. Perfectly sweet and so simple.


It has 8 plant-based ingredients, no added sugar, is vegan, and can be adjusted to be allergen friendly.


Breakfast, snack, dessert - this one checks all the boxes. Plus, it's nutrient, protein, healthy fat, and fiber dense and is sure to keep you feeling full!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened plain soy milk (or milk of choice)

  • 2 scoops peanut butter protein (or protein powder of choice)

  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter (can sub with any nut or seed butter)

  • 1/4 cup oats (gluten free if needed)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 date

  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in the order listed in blender and blend until smoothie consistency (about 1 minute).
